| Just buy the box of minute rice, you boil the water, then remove from the burner, add the rice, stir, cover, wait 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork..That's all I've ever used, and it comes out perfect everytime.. |

| That's hysterical. Having switched to a no white anything diet I have learned there no easy way to make brown rice. I know you use much more water and cook it much longer than white rice. I wash the desired amount of rice and put about 3 inches of water over the rice. I boil it until it is tender. Sometimes I have to add water several times. I boil it sometimes an hour. When it is tender and most of the water is gone I add some chicken or veggie broth and THEN I put the lid on it and simmer until all fluid I'd gone. And if u are lucky it will be tender. Lol. Good luck |

YT 2000 Club Member | I cook my rice in the microwave because I can't seem to get it right on the stove My microwave has a setting for brown rice so I just set that and let it cook that way.

| http://www.successrice.com/SUCCESS/p...cfm?prod=10017 aside from the other great suggestion of ordering from the menu (which is REALLY fail proof) try this stuff, it is microwavable and you boil it in a bag (supplied)
