| I tried going vegan but it's really hard for me to give up cheese. I don't eat meat anymore. Occassionally when I go out to eat I will have fish (salmon, mahi mahi, filet, etc.).Also, all of the meat that I buy and cook for my hubby is free range, anti-biotic and hormone free meat. I also buy free range cage-free eggs for him. He will never become a vegetarian because he really enjoys meat but at least the meat he is eating is a little bit healthier and safer for him. I need some more receipes because I sometimes get into a rut make the same stuff over and over again for myself. Can anyone recommend some good website for receipes that are EASY to make? Also, can anyone recommend some receipes that they have personally made and that taste really good? I'm BIG into grilling veggies in the summer. I clean and chop up a nice variety of veggies (onions -- red, white and/or spanish, mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, squash, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and just anything else that looks fresh and yummy) drizzle everything with olive oil, a little bit of salt and pepper and put everything in one of those throw-away aluminum tins and cook them on the grill. YUM!!! They are so delicious!!

Mmmmm I love grilled veggies too. I buy organic meat for my hubby but can you believe there isn't a source for free range meat in my entire town? Very aggravating!

I think a trip to Wild Oats is in order because now I'm craving it too! Have you had the cheese stuffed ones? I saw them on the website but I cant find them. It looks so good!Quote:
We don't have a Trader Joes here, I wish we did. Wild Oats is a healthy grocery store. Do you have a Whole Foods? They would probably have it.
