My positive is that Brendon just noticed the "Pick on Brendon" club in Megan's siggy and his reaction was hilarious.

My other positive is that I found my new dance shoes that had dissapeared. I had to get $40 dance shoes for Beauty and the Beast, and I had them for 2 days and suddenly they dissapeared. It was killing me thinking that someone in the cast had stolen them. Turns out that they weren't stolen, but they were hidden in a black hole in my closet. (Actually they were smushed in a bag under my shoe rack...same difference). But I'm SO excited to have them back and I'm so happy that none of my cast family stole them. :)
I hope we get to see pictures of you in costume!!

In that black hole did you look for your retainer? ;) -- hope the new one is golden

^I'll get some pictures! But it'll probably take a little while for me to get them up (due to our broken USB hole in the tower). :)

I did look for my retainer...nada. :( Hmmm....a golden retainer. I think I'm going to get the one they have in gold. Thanks! :D

My positive today is reading the above post by Megan.
Being able to watch a young intelligent woman strive to reach her goals and then attaining them is probably the most powerful positive moment of my day.

My positive was reading that I could be a part of someone else's positive for the day! :) :love: Thank you so much.

My other positive is that its nice outside! I have on capris and a t-shirt!! everyone's outside! I'm FINALLY meeting the people that I've lived on the same block as since November. Very sweet people! :)

my positive... I called hubby to ask where a hard copy file was... we moved the office around, and I had no clue where it was, and 10 minutes later as I'm typing a post the garage door opens and it was HIM! file in hand! He had come home and looked in a box from the office "move" and found it for me before I even looked! What a Prince! :ittysm:

I just had something SO positive happen. I checked my facebook and my "long lost" friend, Bobby, sent me a friend request. He moved about an hour away a few years ago, and we lost all touch. We were SO close, so finally reconnecting with him...totally wonderfully amazing.

My positive is that my 18 year old called from college JUST to tell me what a good day she was having.

Congrats Megan! That's so exciting!

My positive is that I went shopping for the puppies tonight. We got them four new food/water bowls--one set for upstairs and one for the kitchen. They are SO much cuter than the old bowls! :) We also got Maddie a new harness so she'll be more comfy when we take her to the park. It's cute and pink with little brown hearts on it. :love: And lastly, we bought Maddie another doggie bed so she'll have one upstairs and one downstairs. She likes to sleep/lay in very cushiony comfy places. It's brown with cute blue designs. In case you're thinking Marty got the short end of the stick, he would rather be on my lap and refuses to use a bed so that's why we didn't get him one and he already has a harness just like the one we got Maddie tonight only his is camo. :animal36

That would be nice. I love seeing and cuddling with cute little puppies, but two is my limit for now. M&M keep me happy as well as busy. :) Maybe someday (a long time from now) I'll get to make that statement. :D

teacup yorkie???? NOT!
 
I took my yorkie and my shih tzu to be groomed today. While we were at the salon, someone asked me a question ...

"Is that a teacup Yorkie?". I said that if she could get a teacup for him to fit in, then he would be a teacup Yorkie, but so far the only cup I could fit him in was a large 3 liter measuring cup. They laughed.:smile: I gave them correct info on "teacup" Yorkies.

Then the other positive thing I did was let them take pictures of Freeway and Muffy.

i've had quite a few positives in the past week ...

-i gave an excellent presentation on the Lambeosaurus in science on Monday. i got a bad grade cause the teacher has it in for me, though. but i know i did very well, and i studied it for hours.
-i have a research report on Abortion in Canada for history/english due at the end of March, and have many little assignments due in the meantime on it, but my mommy is the best. she's helping me through it step-by-step because it is the first research report i have ever done.
-Sammy is on kimo and is doing great. we're giving him all the love we can for his last year of life.
-i aced the algebra test i had today, and got the extra credit !!! :D (i know some of you are probably think 'so what?', but it was on linear equations, and i studied them for about a year, and have finally acquired a full understanding of them just last week.)
-my least favorite teacher (the one that failed me on my dinosaur presentation) was out since tuesday because she went on vacation.

thats all i can think of for now . i'll definitely be posting on this thread more often :)

I think that is a GREAT positive post!! :thumbup:

Mine for today is that I got to take a nap with Coby when I went home for lunch. We were all snuggled up. It was soooooooooo hard to leave. :(

Everyone is fed and walked. The kitchen is clean, the dishes washed and all my furbabies are curled up next to me ready for some brushing and lovin' ... :D

Angie, congrats on your midterm! =D

My positive is that I just got back from the final dress rehearsal for Beauty and the Beast!! :D Tonight was "seniors' night" and all the senior citizens could come for free. They really, really enjoyed it and stopped us to talk afterwords.

Tomorrow we open!! We're doing an in-school performance. Everyone in the show is going to wear our cast t-shirts and our beast horns that they're selling at concessions to school tomorrow!

And speaking of mommies. We're going to visit my mom tonight in the hospital and my husband wrote her a long letter thanking her for so many different things throughout the last 26 years. He had me proofread it last night, and I bawled my eyes out. I hope I'm not expected to read it to her (I had him reprint in large font so maybe I wouldn't have to!!) So that's my positive for today.

I have a couple of positives..The sun is shining and it is warm so I went out and brushed Abigail, my donkey, for the first time in weeks.

The second...I have a daughter who is "domestically challenged". She and her daughters have been living with us for 6 years. They moved out on Wednesday so...my positive. I got the kids room and kids bathroom CLEAN for the first time in months....
