| ![]() Well, we were going to have hamburgers and brats. But at the moment it is HAILING like crazy. So, it might just be pizza. I will be making guacamole, refried bean dip and possibly some cheese puffs. Nothing too fancy. |

| ![]() I'm addicted to this stuff: 2 packages of Cream Cheese, softened 3/4 cup Hot Sauce (like Franks hot sauce) 2 10 oz cans chunk chicken, drained 1 cup Ranch Dressing 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with chicken in a biscuit crackers.

| ![]() What about a pot of chili and some chips. Tacos are easy also. Crackers, cheese and salami, pepperoni, etc. I am sorry you are not feeling well. Drink lots of fluids, a couple glasses of cranberry juice will help ease the pain. I have been getting UTI's since I was 12. I started drinking cranberry juice a couple times a week and have not had one for a while now. Hope you feel better soon!

| ![]() I like to add 8oz of sour cream to my rotel this kind of tones it down if you have kids eating it. As for the smokies I just put them in a crock pot with brown sugar over them and allow them to warm. I have a great crock pot Brunswick Stew. 3 16oz c Diced tomatoes 3 16oz c Creamed corn 1 cup ketchup 1/2 apple cider vinegar 1 stick butter 2lbs ground beef (chuck) browned & drained 2 large cans chickens breast (shredded finely with fork) 1tsp cayenne pepper 2tsp black pepper 1tsp salt Add all to crock pot and cook on low, this soup will stick, stir occasionally. I usually will turn this up a little higher if I am at home and will just stir it more often. You can go a little lighter on the pepper if you like. My family likes this better than homemade veggie. Also you can never go wrong with cheese cubes. |

| ![]() What exactly is Rotel??? The recipe sound good but I'm not sure what the Rotel is. We are having Nachos with an amazing layered dip and a fruit platter with a dip. MMMMM I'm getting hungry reading this thread.

| ![]() I just copied and pasted the first recipie I came to but you can add ground beef if you like it better. This will just give you a general idea. You will find Rotel with the canned tomatoes and it will say Rotel. And I add 8oz sour cream and use Tostado chip or any kind of corn chip for dipping. 1 large block of Velveeta cheese 2 cans original Rotel diced tomatoes 1 log Owens spicy ground sausage First cut cheese into 1 inch cubes. Place cheese in crock pot and melt on medium heat. When cheese is almost melted, add undrained rotel tomatoes. Now in a medium sauté pan brown sausage until done. Add the sausage to the cheese mixture, then cover and simmer until thoroughly heated. Serve with Tostada chips at parties or any group occasions. |

| ![]() Hope everyone is enjoying their SB food. My husband did chips salsa. Oh and the Rotel is gone. We still have to pull out the helluva good dip. DH is about to throw the chicken on the grill. He is also making seasalt roasted potatoes. I had a few saltines and sprite. Woohoo! I take cranberry pills to avoid the calories. So, I will have to try the meatball and grape jelly recipe. I don't eat pork but I do like the beef smokies. I use a sauce made of half apricot jelly and half BBQ sauce. Not bad. So eat on everyone. I am jealous! |
