I like to add 8oz of sour cream to my rotel this kind of tones it down if you have kids eating it. As for the smokies I just put them in a crock pot with brown sugar over them and allow them to warm. I have a great crock pot Brunswick Stew.

3 16oz c Diced tomatoes
3 16oz c Creamed corn
1 cup ketchup
1/2 apple cider vinegar
1 stick butter
2lbs ground beef (chuck) browned & drained
2 large cans chickens breast (shredded finely with fork)
1tsp cayenne pepper
2tsp black pepper
1tsp salt

Add all to crock pot and cook on low, this soup will stick, stir occasionally. I usually will turn this up a little higher if I am at home and will just stir it more often. You can go a little lighter on the pepper if you like. My family likes this better than homemade veggie.

Also you can never go wrong with cheese cubes.
