| very much good luck in you quest. May I suggest a walking routine. My aunt who has been over weight for years has been walking daily now for 6 months and has started to watch what she eats a bit better. Don't get me wrong she still eats her favs too just smaller portions of them. Anyways she's lost close to 40+ lbs now and she loves it. Plus it gives her the chance to be by herself to think and relax. She actually feels guilty when she doesn't walk. Its amazing coming from her because she's always been heavy w/ the attitude that she didn't care. My aunt is in her early 50's. I think she walks close to an hour each day. She loves it. I wish you all the best. |

| I won't say the "d" word either... there's a reason why the first 3 letters spell die... lol. Good luck with WW, I love that program and will be going back on after I have this baby!

You are not alone. We're right here with you. I started last week. I love your attitude: "want it gone before I'm 50". Most of us go through life & when we loose something it's a bad thing: we loose our keys, our minds, control, that single sock..... In your new way of life, loosing your old habits & all of the health problems that go with it is a GOOD thing. OH, and you'll also be gaining......energy, health, pain free joints, control (there's that control, I wondered where it went). I wish you luck & patience & success.
