very much good luck in you quest. May I suggest a walking routine. My aunt who has been over weight for years has been walking daily now for 6 months and has started to watch what she eats a bit better. Don't get me wrong she still eats her favs too just smaller portions of them. Anyways she's lost close to 40+ lbs now and she loves it. Plus it gives her the chance to be by herself to think and relax. She actually feels guilty when she doesn't walk. Its amazing coming from her because she's always been heavy w/ the attitude that she didn't care. My aunt is in her early 50's. I think she walks close to an hour each day. She loves it.
