| ![]() I havent had the chance to try this but try rubbing Vicks on your feet and putting socks on at night before you go to bed. I got an email saying it worked wonders for clearing up congestion like that. Also you can buy a sinus rinse kit. I got mine at Walmart but you have to ask for it at the pharmacy.
