| No Longer a Member | Yes, that's the one I was thinking about. He talks about his brother in the book. Well, Augustin Borroughs' brother, with Aspergers, wrote a book about himself. "Look me in the Eye" by John Robison (Borroughs' brother). He discusses Aspergers in that book. This is the one I've been meaning to read. If you're into that kind of thing. There is an extremely moving book about a boy with Autism--written from his point of view, called "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night time" and it is really really good. If you read that, you'll feel like you can understand the world through their eyes--as they see it. |

| I read it a while back and meant to see the movie but never did. It is a really disturbing book and a little depressing but I did like it. Does that make any sense?

I've read both books mentioned and seen the Running With Scissors movie. I looooved Running wtih Scissors the book. I'm a huge literary buff and love everything from classics to modern "twisted" stories! I wasn't a HUGE fan of "The Curious Incident..." But each to his own
