Okra Ok I love okra. I love it raw, boiled, boiled with tomatoes, fried, in soup, in gumbo and any other way you can think to fix it. I wish people here would QUIT making judgements about OKRA that haven't even tried it. Myboy has been a very bad influence on Gypsy who has never tried Okra and has decided she doesn't like it. Lynda, you are so very funny! Thank you for making me laugh! To everyone reading this thread -- it is all meant in fun! |

Another okra hater here. My hubby likes pickled okra so I buy it for him though. My mom likes (gasp) okra and tomatoes! Ick! I can't even handle the smell. A few times my grandma got us confused and she made ME okra and tomatoes.:eek: I couldn't even eat them to spare my grandmother's feelings. |
