I have never been to a cracker barrel so I guess the next time I go to dallas I'm going to have to go just to try the okra. DH and I had fried okra today and we thought about this thread

It seemed like it was busy most of the time... I'm not sure why they closed. I must admit, I never ate there. I used to take my boys into the "shopping" area. They had so much fun with all cool stuff they sold.

Stop telling me you all get to eat okra! It just isn't fair....

I actually looked at Costco for you the other day here. They didn't have any. If they did, it would've been in the GIANT size jar anyhow. LOL!!

You know, there is ONE kind of Okra/okrie I hate to eat.... it's sold in a can and the brand is Trappey's (a Louisiana brand). It's mixed with TOMATOES.... yuck..!! It tastes sour, bleah. So don't get that one! Ewe.

Boy, I have a hankering for some fried okra today!
