| ![]() OOoooo I can't believe I didn't see this thread. I LOVE okra! Used to hate it and my Mom had to force me to eat but now I looooove it. I simply boil it over with hot water, cut it up to half, fry some chilli and prawn paste with garlic and then throw the cut okra in for just 30 seconds and oooo tasty tasty. Siu Pao loves okra too but his is just steamed.
