| Hiiiiiiiiiii Im BACK!!! Sadly! haha Im back from my 2 week vacation! What a nice break! The boys did great flying! And they were angels at my moms house for 2 weeks! OH OH great discovery... they are housebroken when they have access to the outside easily! My mom has a doggy door, within 24 hours of being there they were in and out like champs by themselves... and there were very minimal (marking mostly from one boy) messes in her house! What a relief!!! I am happy to be home, but sad that I had to leave my family behind again! I do miss them ... being so far away I hope you all had a GREAT Christmas and New years! I think I got on once during my vacation so I did read some wonderful Christmas stories! I hope EVERYONE has a happy and prosperous new year also!!!

| Welcome back! I sure wish we had a doggy door. I think they are the best thing for potty training.

| If I were allowed Id have one installed tomorrow!!! I live in a townhouse so I don't 'own' the outside walls of my house so I definately cannot cut a hole in them! I would LOVE to though!!! Oh yes I would. My boys would be happy happy and I would too!

| You don't have to cut a hole in your walls to put a doggie door in. Do you have access to the outside from the back of your townhome? Is it a sliding glass door or french doors. They make doggie doors for sliding glass doors (my sister has one) and I am not sure about french doors, but we had a storm door installed that has a panel on the bottom and installed the doggie door in that. We just keep our door open and let the storm door act as our access door.

| I have a slider and was just looking at doggy doors for sliders! My complex is putting in all new sliders so when I get mine I think Im going to buy one of those panels for the slider. I hear you cannot lock your doors though with one can you? The ONLY thing I have in the back of my house is a slider so if I cant use that panel I cant do anything! I hope I can get one of those panels though that is GREAT!!!

| Yes, you can lock your sliding door with the panel in it. Also I had a friend who took off a door and stored it away and bought a door that she could put a doggie door in it. Another option anyway. |
