Although it's been horrible for the past few weeks, we still feel blessed that we're already out of the house. I've been meaning to read and post replies but I've been busy unpacking. No that everything's all done, I can go on a yorkietalk marathon ehehehhe

Just an update YTers, the pervert is locked up!!!! I received a call from the detective(Wednesday afternoon) handling the case and he told me that he just sent out a warrant for his arrest. The following day my husband phoned him and he said that "we got our man". My prayers have been answered. I have no clue though when the D.A. would contact us about the case.

Can I type his name here? Just in case someone knows the pervert!

pixiepoo - I had a similar case in an apartment and I can tell you - it makes you PARANOID about things for the rest of your life - I'm so so sorry that happened to you ! I'm SO glad they're filing charges and YES post that B***ards name ! They deserve their names in the papers - on Bulletin boards and anywhere else you can think of - I would also tell ALL the neighbors what's up AND file a complaint with the Real Estate office the house is listed with - ex wife or not - she is involved and go get him with all you have ...there is far too much of this going on and little is ever done - so WAY TO GO !!

I really hope you can try to put it behind you - many things can happen to us as women and really affect our lives - but be strong and try to remember not ALL people are like this - too many ARE but there are many good people out there too.

I've learned the hard way that we have to just be very very careful in our everyday lives - and not to let anyone rent ANY SPACE in our head !

I agree with Kim on this one! Go after him and the ex-wife! Report her to the Office of Banks and Real Estate in your state. Go for it!

Thank God they put that sick ba****d behind bars. That is so disgusting. Did the detectives ever say or did you see what was on the DVD? People like this makes me wonder if they're even safe to have around children. Keep us updated on how the case progresses. Will be interesting!

dont type his name in for legal reasons. always cover yourself and dont give them any reason to have a suit against you. at least until he has been found guily which is not the case right now...as far as what he has done to your family you have every right to feel violated and you take your time to work thru this. counciling works and can help you talk about feeling and fears i'm sure your not talking about on here...i see you live in texas which is close to arizona. my best friend is a news producer for abc there...if you want to take this to the public maybe she can help or have access to abc in texas just a thought. pm me if your interested and ill pm you her email address. my prayers are with you...cocoa

eensor- I really don't want to think about it too much! The lawyer handling our civil lawsuit against him feels confident about wining the case. However, things can still go sour on us. I'd like to see the look on her ex wife's face once we get him convicted.

wd6474 - I once called KVUE news and just started bawling while talking to the person on the other line. They do want to do the story but I was adviced to wait until we get a guilty verdict just to be on the safe side. I'm pregnant and I don't know if I'd handle the stress well. I'll keep your suggestion in mind though. Thanks so much!

txshopper73 -The detective said that the picture was blurry. I think that's a lil consolation but I still get creeped out. I had an anxiety attack when I was told about the underwears found in the attic plus none of them belong to me. I can't imagine what that sick SOB was doing up there.

Kim- I was giving up on ever hearing back from the detective. Thank god that they still continued working on it. But it did take them soooo long to get a warrant.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I just hope there's less drama and stress from here on out. I'm expecting and the last thing I want is to complicate it because of that sick b***ard. Thank you so much for the support.

Girl - CONGRATULATIONS on your pregnancy and you just put that where it should be - out of your mind - it DOES open our eyes but hopefully that will be the only time you have to deal with an SOB like that - You just think about that baby to come and take care of yourself - I hope your pregnancy goes well and you have a very healthy baby ...that's so exciting for you !

Hello once again!!!

I've been gone so long and I've missed everyone so much!

I just want to share that I've given birth already and Morgan Alexa is already 8 months old. She's wonderful. Hubby and I are blessed indeed.

I also want to add that my previous landlord has been in jail for a month and a half already. The DA informed us he pleaded guilty to the crime. Is it safe to post his name here? Because I really really am itching to type his name. Our lawyer is also filing a civil suit against him.
