i would think if you just got the phone they would let you exchange it at the store |

Well, after holding for a ridiculously long time, I accidentally hung up:cry: I emailed customer "service" and asked them to send me the form. Also complained, not that it'll do any good, about the lousy service, and how my messages are delayed for hours and sometimes DAYS. Hopefully this will help prove that they breached the contract, so we don't have to pay the early termination fees:rolleyes: I will be returning the phone, the bluetooth, and the travel charger. After the holidays, we're switching to somewhere else, any suggestions? My hubby really needs to keep his number for business, so hopefully we'll be able to do that. I dunno, but we never ever had a problem until Sprint took over things. Nextel ROCKED! |
No telling with sprint. Bad thing is when they send you a replacement its going to be a refurbished phone. You might have had better luck going into the store. |

I called back a little while ago and got right through (to someone in India, I think), but they did email me the return label. Now I can drop it off at FedEx and start planning our escape:p |

That is great news! Good luck. |

We have Cingular and have always been very happy with them- although I guess that's the new AT&T now. I think I heard that there was a new law that companies had to let you keep your number. Anyone know anything about that? |

SPRINT IS TERRIBLE! i spent 6 hours on the phone with them one time trying to get my boyfriend a new "comprible" phone that he could watch sprint tv on because on of their sales associates told him he could on the MOTO Q just so happens that they cannot. I hate sprint im sorry but they bother me their customer service is absolutly terrible i would never ever refer anyone to sprint. |
My husband and I both have Razrs and we hate them. Awful battery life and poor connections. We're just waiting until we're eligible for free phones or at least a discount. |

I have a razr (my 2nd one) and I have no problems with it; I really like that phone. We are with at&t and half my phone conversations drop out and I can't even hear what the other person is saying, so I personally don't recommend that. Wondering if verizon is any good?. |
