| Rudolph/Reindeer Cookies ??? I recently went to a cookie walk - and one of the cookies I picked up was what I'm going to call Rudolph Cookies - I'm trying to figure out how to make them. Anyone know about these or something similar?? The cookie part was pretty small - not sure exactly what the dough was - I'm thinking a chocolate chip dough without the choc. chips added or even a sugar cookie dough would work. Then the decorating part - there were 2 tiny chocolate chips ( I think turned upside down - point down) for the eyes and a red M & M for the nose - this was the traditional ones, but I'm thinking the new mint M & M's would be good too. Then the traditional pretzel shape pretzels were used - like broken in 2 for the antlers. I would like to make these, but don't know at what point to add the extras -- do you think the dough should bake for a bit before adding the decorations or maybe bake all the way and immediately when removing the cookies are removed and still soft - then apply the face & antlers?? (ok, as I'm typing this that actually makes the most sense.) Anyone make these?? Have a recipe to share? I thought these would be fun to send off to my daughter at college to share with her friends. Got some great cookies at the cookie walk - wish several of them came with recipes though!!!

| I've got it....and I sent it to my stepmom and she already made them for a party; she said they were really cute and tasted good! I plan on making them this afternoon! Reindeer Cookies These Reindeer Cookies are really adorable! You'll need: 1 cup Brown sugar 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Butter, softened 1 cup Smooth peanut butter 3 cups Flour 2 Eggs 2 teaspoons Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Vanilla Cream the butter and sugars, eggs and peanut butter, salt and vanilla. Add the soda and flour and mix well. Roll into balls. Flatten the ball and shape it into a triangle. Place pretzel pieces into 2 of the triangle corners for antlers. Place a red M-M at the other corner (Rudolph's red nose), and 2 green M-Ms on the cookie for eyes. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy
