| uhhh, i feel all you guys!! i am going to go see someone about it.. cuz i cant take it anymore. its so frusterating(cuz like i said before i never used to be this way!!) ive had back problems for a while now..and i think that has ALOT to do with it!! plus when i get stressed and have alot going on..it makes it soo much worse!! i hate it!! for example, this past week it has been getting light, or almost there, before i am even able to get to sleep!! then i sleep for 4 hours or whatever i am able to(depending on what i have that day..)!! i have also been getting migranes-which i am almost positive it is from LACK of Sleep!!!so what did you guys say was the best over the counter stuff to buy? ..until i get in with the doctor! (ive taken stuff that i have had around the house-when i NEED to get to bed, that is supposed to make you drowsy-but it doesnt seem to work that well. the stuff ive had at home is mostly drowsy cold-type stuff..so just curious what works best to help you guys sleep, OTC? This is one of the BUSIEST times of the Year, at work, for me!! let alone just a busy time, in general(xmas shopping, functions, parties, etc!!) i need some sleep-haha. thanks!!!!
