| I am getting a new puppy...saturday.... Hubby said that will be my Christmas and Birthday present both (my bday is 12/24). He said that that would be both our presents, but I am going to get him something anyway since Ms Thang is really for me... . I did get a new camcorder and gps for my car already that was supposed to be for Christmas but I am already using them. I really would LOVE a Kitchen Aid mixer in red and I think I might buy that for hubby for Christmas.... |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | My hubby would love to buy me something I'd adore - but I really don't want anything. I can NEVER think of anything in terms of gifts. He has offered diamond earrings - but I'd feel badly if he spent that much. Ditto on a once-in-a-lifetime watch. I let him get my "dream ring" when we got engaged, but beyond that, I actually FEEL BAD when I think of people spending alot of money on me! And yes, I have tried therapy to deal w/ all the messed up crap, as seen above, that developed from a messed up childhood. And, I can laugh about it too! LOL.

I told Hubster if he ever bought me something sparkly that would equal the proper greenhouse or a horse that I want---I'd NOT be happy. But that's just me. The coldness off diamonds will never equal the warmth of a horse or a greenhouse full of veggies and flowers. | |

| Let see... I asked for a new Dooney purse, a new set of brown and pink luggage for the 2 week vacation we are going on in April, and a jewelry box I would be happy with anything though...spending time with family is what counts!

| I already got mine too! A beautiful PAIR of yorkie babies! And hubby finally got me my engagement ring. I got him an acoustic bass, something he always wanted, but since I already got my present, I went ahead and gave him his. |

| We do not exchange presents, but purchase for families and friends. Usually we just purchase something for the home and this year we had wood floors installed in our living room. It's the gift that keeps on giving.... All I really want is to be healthy for the holidays.... something I am sure ( by reading others posts ) is high on their lists also. |

| Don't worry I just want to be able to talk with my girls while I'm cleaning and cooking for my clients and stuff. It's hard to hold a cell with your shoulder, it keeps slipping and OUCH my neck I LOATHE those tools with the thing in their ear all the time
