My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | Have fun !!!!!!! I used to enjoy them when i worked for another company but now, I choose to not socialize out of work. I'm in an office of only 3 now and I spend enough time with them as it is. I don't wanna see them on my time! LOL But I know I used to have fun when I worked for a different company! I hope you have a great time!!! |

| Oh, I have some doozies! -Two years ago, the party was at a swanky local bar. Well, a few people had overindulged, and two male employees started arguing, got in a fist fight, and then when they broke it up, they started in on some of the patrons! -Last summer, we had a company golf outing. A co-worker and I were bored with golf, and decided to chase each other around in the golf carts. I don't know how it happened, but somehow she rammed into the side/back of my golf cart, went flying out of the cart and down a hill, and her cart ended up under a tree! One of the wheels on her cart wouldn't touch the ground, and it wouldn't move! We had to drive my cart in, and get people from the clubhouse to come and tow the cart back! Oh yea, and the company got a bill for the repair of the two carts...luckily, neither of us had been drinking! -Last year, our Christmas party was at a 4 star casino/resort-everyone had dinner, gambling, and stayed overnight on the company! We all wore evening gowns and it was a lot of fun..dinner was great, the rooms were beautiful! Well, anyway, since the party was at a casino, there were several parties going on...and one of the holiday parties was from a company in the "adult entertainment/dancing" industry (strippers!) I don't know how it happened, but there were pictures on our network the next week of a couple of employees, their spouses, and the stripper in a hotel room-and it appeared the stripper was dancing for them!!! It's a WILD group of people, let me tell ya!

| I am a corporate planner for a large company so I plan about two dozen events/retreats/parties per year. My latest story is... I planned an afternoon cruise for our construction team on a Hornblower Yacht about a month ago. They had hired a new girl on a Monday and the party was on Wednesday. Well, everyone was out on the cruise and she proceeded to get drunk-not just drunk but DRUNK. No one is still sure how it happened but they heard someone yelling for help and looked down to find she had fallen off the boat! Needless to say she was let go that same week. Shortest time employee we've ever had...
