| I am thinking but don't quote me on it. But bananas?? Or a diuretic? Or is it the diuretic that causes muscle cramps? Wait maybe bananas are supposed to help muscle cramps. Or are they the same thing???!! I'm sorry, I couldn't be any help, lol! I hope you can find something to relieve your pain soon. I have a torn rotator cuff, and I know shoulder pain is nothing to take lightly. |

| OH MAN!! I feel for ya, I get these all the time and I'm instantly grouchy!!! I use the following.......Massage, stretching, muscle rubs (ben gay, etc), hot shower, heating pad, alternate with ice, and good ole advil (if your tummy can take it) Good Luck, these little boogers sure do hurt!! Also, you may want to see a chiropractor or other doc that does manipulation. You may have something out of place or alignment that is causing the problem.

| You didn't tell me you were having shoulder pain...you poor girl! I'd recommend biofreeze. Lots of doctors and chiropractors use it. I couldn't live without the stuff. You can get it at some pharmacies...it's OTC...or most chiropractors probably carry it, or on the net. It smells like senior citizen cream for about the first 20 minutes, but then the smell goes away but it keeps working. Also, cold packs should be good...only 20 minutes at a time and you could try both heat and cold. I sure hope it gets better. *HUG*

| Sorry you are having pain!!! I know my MIL uses the BioFreeze and Emu Oil (for joints, etc - rub it in)...and either a heating or cooling pad - not certain which one is good for what though. I hard the chocolate milk is good for muscle pains....hey, it is worth a shot.
