i didn't have any stretch marks the whole pregnancy with my first, i guess cause i was so small, until after i had her lol.. and i hate stretch marks, they are evil! but i now think of it as my battle scars LoL i have one big one from my c-section and i hate it because my best friend had a c-section and she has NO scar whatsoever!

I am really hoping I won't need a C Section, just b/c I am afraid I will be left with a scar...But almost everyone said I might need one as I am too big for my small frame.

I don't want one because I'm scared of having to stay in hospital!

My friend is a size 10 and gave birth to a nearly 9lb baby naturally and had no offer of a c-section.

im hoping to do a VBAC this time around, because my OB recommended it for me because i plan to have more children, and i didn't have any complications delivering her other than she was breech presentation.. so we'll see on thursday what he says again lol im so excited because i really dont want another csection.. i really really really don't! lol

How long you need to stay in the hospital after a C Section?Also you won't be able to hold the baby very well in your arms after a C Section, will you?

I only stayed in the hospital for 3 days after my c-section.. the day after i felt like i got hit by a bus and they wanted me to get up and walk to pass gas.. lol

and im not sure about the holding the baby afterwards as my daughter was in the NICU, but i did pretty well 3 weeks after i took her home

Minimum 3 days. I've read that they still encourage breast feeding after a c-section so you must be able to hold them.
