I only stayed in the hospital for 3 days after my c-section.. the day after i felt like i got hit by a bus and they wanted me to get up and walk to pass gas.. lol
and im not sure about the holding the baby afterwards as my daughter was in the NICU, but i did pretty well 3 weeks after i took her home
