| Cant sleep I just cant sleep lately! My Husband is off visiting relatives and I have this huge king sized bed for me and my 3 furbutts and I just cant get tired! I know part of it is lonely bed syndrome but I cant stand it any longer. Wish I was like my Chloe, she sleeps all the time. My other 2 are getting all off schedule, I get up and so do they. Soon they wont know when to sleep. |

| I'm sorry your having trouble sleeping, no fun at all!! My husband is gone for 5 days at a time, and I will have trouble sleeping sometimes the first day or so he is gone. If I am really tired and need to sleep, I will take 1 Tylenol PM and it helps me alot. If I take two of them, it takes me awhile the next day not to feel groggy, but 1 puts me to sleep and I don't feel that way at all. Best wishes on a good night's sleep tonight

| I can't sleep without my boyfriend next to me, either. When we are away from each other (which is very, very rare) both of us have issues sleeping. I usually make myself a drink my Mum used to make for me when I was little to put me to sleep - I was on so many medications I barely slept. Milk, a little vanilla and a little food colouring. Voila! Magic potion. Works every time for me. Apart from that you could try doing some exercise before bed, maybe that'll help? I hope you can get back to normal soon. |
