Kathy, Lori, Ronlynn I just sent my aunt (who is the person in question) an email letting her know that the photographer cancelled so if she wanted to bring a set-up to take pics. She does take pics on the spot and can use them to make the items you wish to purchase. When she responds I will ask about the CD or USB drives and get back with y'all. If I don't here from her by this afternoon I will give her a call and post a message here for everyone.

. I think a lot of us were really looking forward to having our baby's pictures taken. I put a call into a local pet photographer earlier this morning, but I had to leave a message. She does beautiful work (and she's one we were considering before Rachel said she wanted to do it), so I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that she's available, but I'm not holding my breath. I'll let you know when/if I hear anything.

Thank you for following up on their questions for me. I copied your aunt on the e-mail I sent out last night letting everyone know that Rachel had to cancel, so she should have a head's up already, but I didn't know how "professional" she got with her pictures since she just mentioned to me that she could take a pic if anyone didn't have a pic with them (but she wasn't going to do that since we were going to have a photographer on site). That's a good question about the CD/USB

No problem, I wasn't sure if she received the same email everyone else received or not. Iknow that she does have the ability to take the pics on the spot, she has an awesome camera. And she loves to take pics, you should see her at our family gatherings, always with the camera in front of her face telling everyone to look and smile.

I'll let you all know as soon as I hear from her.

I am really disappointed!! I was really looking forward to have a professional picture taken of Layla. I had all ready picked out her dress she was wearing for her pictures.

Same here, I would have had both my pups shot, hopefully it will work out that we get lots of great pictures anyway!

PS- We leave tomorrow! I am so not even packed yet! Eek!

Nope...sorry

. I don't want to speak for her, but basically it sounds like they're going through some changes right now, and she is not able to swing it financially. She can offer more explanation if she feels it necessary.

I spoke with my aunt and she said she can pull your pictures off of any type of media, even cell phones. She is also bringing a back drop just in case you want to take a photo of your babies there.

JMHO, but it was not very "Professional" to cancel at the last minute. A commitment is a commitment; I'm sure the trip would have exceed their expectations financially.

Ok, now I am ready to leave....well I still have to pack, and I'm ready to do that, and a few other chores. I will stop and find a picture or two to bring with....the address labels are a good idea.

Business cards, too. I think if the YT'ers have cards they should bring those too!!!!

Two more days until we'll be leaving!! Just have several things to do before we leave! I'm very dissapointed about the photographer too...I most likely would have had Lacy and rylie's pictures made. We've known about how many members would be there for a while now... oh well, cynthia's aunt will be there and she can take pictures or can use already-taken pictures and do all kinds of neat things with it!

Hi everyone! WE are sitting in a KOA campground in Grand Junction, Colorado... on our way to Kansas City. We left home in California Monday night and are taking our time. I am so disappointed about the professional photos too. I was planning on getting all 4 of mine done. Oh well.. see you all in a couple of days! We are having a riot with the babies in the RV..

OMGosh you have made it from CA to CO already? The drive from Denver to Hays is a NIGHTMARE. There is nothing, NOTHING on I-70, so I hope you have some fun music to listen to. It's like a 7 hour stretch. My parents usually take books on cd when they drive that route to CO.
