I always have horrible reflux when I'm pregnant. And I'm craving super spicy foods this time as well. You can take OTC Zantac while you're pregnant. It's been my lifesaver!

She's not having a room of her own till we move so she's having a crib in ours but I'll post photos of that soon... it's the most adorable set. I'm not lucky enough to be talented like you so I've had to buy everything! lol

You know as daft as that sounds the last two scans I have had have been with two different woman and both have said that my little miss has a full head of hair!

There's medicine for that, but I don't know if you can take it when your pregnant. I would ask the doctor when you see him.

Yep...definitely sounds like reflux. My dad has it & has to take medication for it. If he doesn't take it he has that burning feeling you described. I know you can't take anything now, but maybe your dr can recommend SOMETHING you can do. If it's bothering you too much before your appointment, try calling your doctor's nurse...she should be able to tell you something too & it's usually not too hard to get hold of the nurses.

OKay can anyone tell me what kind of foods are safe to eat? Almost everything I eat was on the bad list

I really dont know what is left that I might actually want to eat. My reflux is getting worse though
