Burrr...what was the temp at your house this morning?

It's 43 degrees here this morning and pouring down raining. It's been raining hard now for 3 hours.

Not sure of the temp...but COLD! I need to hibernate somewhere. High today is 45, I think. At least no snow yet.

Hey Char !! SAME HERE - it's cold - dark and SCARY today - raining like crazy.

I've been trying to train (or I should say RE-Train) the girls to use Wee Pads vs going outside since we're going to have to move into an apartment and thought today would be a good start with the MONSTER Rain we're having - but they both looked at me like I lost my mind (well - I did ....but think I found it again)

It was pretty funny - I sat on the floor patting it and encouraging them to come use the pad ....both came running over....layed down ON the pad and started kissing each other

gotta love it -my little gay girls hehe

If they think like mine they would probably rather pee on a new throw rug than a pee pad.

LOL Smarty pants - I HAVE a throw rug under the pads - it's not working but I know if I took the Pad off the rug Cheri would be peeing up a storm

Chanel said she'd just rather get wet and went outside - but the point is to LEARN to use the pads for when we move. IF I'm very lucky - maybe I can find a place with a little patio and the problem would be solved

but - back to the subject (sorry) - it's FREEZING even in Texas - I can't imagine you all in the really cold states - my girls are wearing sweaters and we're in the upper 40's - maybe 50 something ?

I don't know what kind of pads you use but I switched to the washable ones and it has made a world of difference. They actually use it instead of the rugs!

I feel sorry for my nephew. He's getting married today and I think we'll all need wading boots. If the old wives' tale is true, you know the one where they say if it rains on your wedding day that you'll be rich, my nephew should be a billionaire!

Hey girl - WHERE DO I find washable pads - Cheri would probably ace re-training if they felt like a rug

and a wedding today ? All the best and try to stay dry - I never heard that about the rain - wish it rained when I got married

Littlebit, (Nancy), makes them. There was someone else too but I forget who. There's a thread here with her prices and also some suggestions from others about where to get them from...
