LOL Smarty pants - I HAVE a throw rug under the pads
- it's not working but I know if I took the Pad off the rug Cheri would be peeing up a storm
Chanel said she'd just rather get wet and went outside - but the point is to LEARN to use the pads for when we move. IF I'm very lucky - maybe I can find a place with a little patio and the problem would be solved
but - back to the subject (sorry) - it's FREEZING even in Texas - I can't imagine you all in the really cold states - my girls are wearing sweaters and we're in the upper 40's - maybe 50 something ?
