This is where I get confused. I don't like wearing a lot of stuff on my face. If you have dry skin (like me), the Skin Rever Upper says on the bottle to weat a moisturizer under it which is what I do. I actually don't use the Skin Rever Upper anymore. I just use a natural, light moisturizer and then apply my make-up. So would I need to first use moisturizer, then skin rever upper, then wear that produt and THEN apply make-up? Seems like too many layers lololol I'm so confused lolol :D

is there anyone who this does not work for? i find that all my pimples show back up after 30 min. I have watched the video and even bought the bisque just to cover up everything. I love how my skin looks, but then i have big red dots on it....ugh!

It works great for me and hides my blemishes all day. It also worked great for my friend who has roseaca (sp?) on her nose - so her nose is really red all the time. She loves it and it covers really well for her.

That said, I'm sure that it does not work for everyone. We are all different and some of us are bound to have different needs! I hope you find something that works well for you.

My chin, nose and foreheads are great and have no scars but I do have some very light acne scars on my cheeks. They use to be A LOT worse but I had some chemical peels and now they are sooo light and tiny (almost gone); but I still need to have a few more rounds of chemical peels to get rid of them once and for all. In the meantime, Bare Minerals hides them perfectly. But I think even after I finish getting rid of the tiny little scare I will still use Bare Minerals because it just really evens out of skin tone, plus it has SPF 15 in it and I think usng sun block is sooo important.

woooo whoooo! I got my bare minerals in the mail today. (even the free gift;) ) I will try it tomorrow before work, then let you all know tomorrow night what I think. I watched the DVD "how to" that came with it. It was good, except not sure if it was my computer or just the lady, she was explaining in a looonnngg drawnnnn out tone! LOL :animal-pa

I sometimes have to reapply the foundation in the middle of the day because I have roseaca, so eventually some redness does appear. but I reapply and it covers it up again. I find it covers well for 4 hours and then needs to lightly be reapplied. The mail thing is that it evens out your skintone and gives your skin a natural look. Just reapply and you should be fine. :)

My daughter and I went to Penney's today and had a "makeover" and bought our starter kit. We were on our way to Ulta but it was still closed and Penney's was open. So far so good but haven't tried it myself yet.

Ok, I have used bare minerals for the past three mornings. I must say, I really do like it so far. I am still confused on what brush to use with what stuff. I do know to use the "skinny Concealer Brush" for spot coverage. But the other two I am not sure. I might have to rewatch the video and see if they say what to use with what! I am happy so far! :D

I don't know if my way is correct or not but here is what I do ...

First I apply my Boscia eye cream and face moisurizer.

Then, using the Flawless Application Brush, I apply my foundation in a swirly motion (starting from the outside of my face and working in toward the middle). I do this just to spread the make-up and even out my skin tone. I do NOT apply a lot -- just a light dusting. I also apply a teeny drop to my neck just to keep everything well blended. But seriously, I'm talking a TEENY DROP lolol

Then, using the Maximum Coverage Concealer Brush, I apply some more foundation on any red spots or blemishes. I really only have a few on my cheeks (left over acne scars -- I need to have more chemical peels) and this works perfectly. I do not apply a lot because with these products you really don't need a lot.

Then, using the Baby Buki brush, I apply a SMALL amount of either Warmth or Glee All Over Face Color to my forehead, nose and chin. I only apply a TINY AMOUNT because this stuff really spreads. Then I finish off by dusting some across the upper part of my cheeks. Out of all the products, this is the one that I use most sparingly because it covers so well and if you put too much on, you'll look like a clown lolol

Last but definitely not lease, using the Full Coverage Kabuki Brush, I apply a light dusting of Mineral Veil to my entire face and neck area.

I truly believe in the statement LESS IS MORE. I wear SOOO LITTLE of this make-up and it covers my face so amazingly well. It looks so incredibly NATURAL that I just love it. This is by far the best make-up for my face. Very light and natural. It doesn't cause break-outs or clog my pores. I just love it and I'm soooo glad Kat turned me on to it. :D

Thanks! Can you tell me if the colors are really dark - I am very fair - I use the fair foundation and I have blond hair - would these be too dark do you think?

The colors look dark in the bottle, but when I put them on they are very sheer... I think that you will be alright... My friend Reisha put some on in Hobbs and she is fair with light hair and she liked it... I don't like the green shadow, but everything else you get makes it well worth it... the Prime time is wonderful! You might read the reviews and see if any fair ppl wrote in on it...
