| I think these shots might just work I got my first B-12 shot this week. Its taken a few days, but I think I actually feel better! I've actually started working on the house again. I pulled out my Christmas dishes and got them washed and put out ready for use. I've washed down the stove and counters. Don't get me wrong, I still get tired really easy. I have to work for 15 - 20 minutes then sit down and rest for a few minutes, but that is a LOT better than I've been able to do in a couple of months. I even felt like spending some time with Mike last night. We put the kids to bed and then we just laid in bed and talked and laughed and made some plans for the future. I haven't felt like doing that in AGES! We woke up this morning still talking and laughing. He said he'd missed me and US. It made me feel good to know he'd missed us as much as I have. I didn't even cry when he left to go on his hike this morning and that is a HUGE thing. The past few months I've been crying every time he left the house just because I was so overwhelmed at being left alone in this house and with the kids, etc. For the first time in months I actually feel like I might have a chance at a normal life again.

| They help boost your energy. I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. That's why I'm taking them. Here is an article that explains about B-12 http://familydoctor.org/online/famdo...icles/765.html

| I have been sick for months now. I was dx with CFS earlier in the year. Then another doctor said no it isn't CFS. Then I got sent to another doctor who said it IS CFS. My symptoms included: extreme fatigue - as in there were days when I woke up at 7 am, got the kids out the door by 7:25am, then went back to sleep on the couch and slept until 2:20pm when it was time to get the kids. Then I would just kind of lay/nap on the couch until I HAD to get up and make dinner, etc. Random fevers for what would seem like no reason. Just out of the blue my fever would shoot up to 101 or higher. A lot of pain. It would feel like I was getting a spinal tap in all of my joints at once. I would sit and just cry it would hurt so bad. I also would get really bad headaches. Then I started having some neurological problems. I had trouble walking. If you watched me walk down the hall I looked like a pinball just bouncing off one wall and into the other one all the way. It also affected me emotionally. I became very depressed and that just seemed to make all the symptoms worse.

| My doctor said the pills do not work as well. The shots aren't bad. The needle is really tiny. You don't even feel it. My grandma is a nurse so she gives me mine though. I'm not sure I could give them to myself.
