| I love them all. Sorry, we are huge fans, in our family. I don't like it, if they over do the liquor portion, it should be 50/50 IMO.

| I've never had any desserts made with alcohol. I've always wanted to try Rum Cake, but the large majority of my family doesn't touch alcohol, so I've never made one.

| Our family loves the rum cake I make...actually I use a canadian whiskey. The key is not too much and to let the cake sit over night before eating it. Ooops! I gave my recipe for the YT cookbook. Sorry, its sounds as if most won't be making my contribution recipe! I have even used Bacardi Lemon and that really good too.

| A girl in one of my classes brought in Kahlua (sp>) cupcakes, she didn't put the glaze on them because she said a lot of the other classmates are under age and it's stronger with the glaze , but you could still taste the alcohal in it, and the after taste was like the after taste of a shot, but not as strong. It was good though, but I like kahlua!
