Our family loves the rum cake I make...actually I use a canadian whiskey. The key is not too much and to let the cake sit over night before eating it. Ooops! I gave my recipe for the YT cookbook. Sorry, its sounds as if most won't be making my contribution recipe!
I have even used Bacardi Lemon and that really good too.
