| One wrong flop of the head, one wrong slap of the paw, one excited playful bite.... IMHO... This is extremely dangerous play for a Yorkie pup or adult. Yorkies are terriers and have huge hearts (very brave) that override their brains in mostly all situations involving larger animals. *****You are putting your Yorkie's life in jepardy by allowing this type of interaction.*****

She's got a big dog and a small dog.... lots of people do it. Do you expect her to give up one or the other, or live a life in separation between the two, simply because a person on YT feels they are putting their dogs life in jeopardy. These are two dogs, who from this video, seem to really love each other and have an understanding of each other and there is no reason to blatantly assume that this dogs life is in jeopardy.

| I really do not think that KJC was being rude at all. Just simply trying to point out that an accident can occur here. Yorkies are tough little ones but easily injured! They are fragile! I don't think that Murphy would hurt this puppy intentionally...clearly this is a very docile and sweet pupster! The point is that the size difference is SO vast and one simple move can injure Stormy. I would just encourage the OP to keep the rough housing down a bit. Just my opinion...and no, I am not saying to separate those two...very cute together!

| I think this video is very sweet. I agree that you need to be watchful of the two, but Murphy is obviously on the ball with how tiny her little sister is. You can even see at :44 into the video that Murphy doesn't even put her head down hard, but feels Stormy under her and lifts her head immediately so as not to hurt her. And Murphy barely moves her paws during the whole video, just nudges the baby with her nose. I agree that these babies are fragile, but let's just say my Rocco has NO furbutt siblings, yet managed to climb onto the back of the couch and FALL OFF yesterday before I could get to him. Thank goodness he just bounced and was fine - now the living room is gated off. These little stinkers will make trouble even where none is to be had!! Unfortunately, accidents happen even under the most controlled circumstances; I wouldn't deprive Stormy and Murphy of playtime, as long as it's closely supervised. Anyhow, I think that they are just precious together and Murphy is a darling girl!

Poppy's Mamma ♥ Donating Member | I must admit the video frightened me a bit, but you obviously wouldnt put your dog in this situation if you didnt feel it was safe. Poppy's best friend is my BF's british bulldog, they adore each other and she sleeps on his head.
