| oh wow.You guys are great I never expected to get his much replies so quickly.I just came back from the vet and the actual weight is 1.3 pounds.(I estimated 1 1/2 pounds since she weighed 1 pound two weeks ago.)I do notice that she is not a big eater like she was when she first came home.The vet says shes perfectly healthy and he gave me a vitamin supplement that is stronger than nutrical.He says that should stimulate her appetite. I havent taken her aoutside because Im so fearful that she may get something.Sometimes I think I overreact but I dont want anything to happen to her. My friends uppy got parvo after being home for 3 weeks.The vet said it came from the parents but I was thinking of taking her out after she gets her last set of shots.(she just got her third.)What do you guys think? |

| Your little Chanel is absolutely adorable!!!! Welcome to YT!! With a baby as small as she is, watch her eating and drinking. Make sure you have Nutrical on hand in case of hypoglycemia. Always use a harness for walking - never a collar. Exercise caution with shots - only one at a time, never in combination and make sure your vet gives a smaller dose for small dogs. Never leave her outside unattended. Read as much as you can on this site on anything you have a question about and just love your little baby tons!!!
