Tiger and Annika's special house guest Well, both my babies got an unexpected surprise. When my Sister in law came last July 4th, they brought Francesca (Frankie for short) along with them. She is a 12 year old mix lab and she is so very mellow and an indoor dog so both my furbabies cannot make out what to do with her when she first came. I did not realize how territorial Annika was until Frankie came. Boy, she was barking incessantly on him it is driving everyone crazy. Eventually she stopped but everytime Frankie would get up and move around, she starts barking AGAIN. Tiger on the other hand has always been the sociable one and so he was mermerized by Frankie's size I think . . . Kinda like David looking at Goliath for the first time . . . he kept running around her trying to figure out if she would want to play. As you can see from the pictures, all Tiger does is STARE . . .

both Here are a couple of Tiger's pictures STILL staring at Frankie and check out the last pic of Annika and Tiger together . . .Annika was barking whilst Tiger was trying to size Frankie up hee-hee. After 2 days, Frankie and Tiger are buddies . . . Annika continues to keep her distance but does not bark as often anymore.

Tiger is so cute with all his staring. I'm sure his mommy taught him that it's not nice to stare , but he's just too cute doing it!!

OMGoodness Des!!! Tiger is such a handsome little guy!!! Well they all are but I love the pics of him just staring. For some reason Mimi does the same thing when she sees bigger dogs and Timmy on the other hand wants to play.

Tiger looks amazed that there is someone bigger that he is! I love the first picture. The look of amazement is all over his sweet face. The lab mix looks so gentle.

oh Jenn, she was clueless at how to handle this new visitor . . . . she tried to be ferrocious with her barks but was making sure she was so close to me - you know just in case Frankie decides to pounce on her
