Donating YT 14K Club Member | I got an e-mail for a trade... I received an e-mail from someone this morning wanting to trade yorkie pups for a 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood... "Hello , Would you consider trading some yorkies for a clean automobile?" I'm wondering if any of you have gotten offers like this? It seems pretty strange to me. Are there any scams out there like this one? He sent an attachment of the car and it's white and looks pretty.... Guess I'm just dumbfounded on this one!!! |

| LOL omg That might have been one of the strangest things I've ever heard. Are you a breeder?

| either this person is desperate for a puppy, or it is a scam. Might be a pic of someone else car, and his is actually beat up??? But yes that does sound strange. |

| It sound strange to me also. However on here before someone wanted to trade a diamond ring or a swimming pool for a yorkie so anything is possible.

| Well...we collect antique quilts and I would trade one for a Yorkie. I don't see the harm in trading as long as both parties are happy with their end of things. |

Donating YT 14K Club Member | Sounds like I won't be getting the Cadillac after all. He wants breeding dogs and I only have one pup left that will be breeding size... "I read the classifieds for the American Classifieds and your listing was in there. Sounds like we may not have enough to trade with. Maybe you can tell someone you know about our Cadillac. Thanks anyway, Ron" So, if anyone wants a Cadillac..... |

| I think that is funny. 'Let's trade ~ a caddy for a yorkie, no never mind, but tell everyone about our caddy anyway.'

| I would feel funny about handing over a puppy in exchange for a car. I think I would have a hard time with anything other than money, actually. Maybe it's because I've never heard of this done before.. |
