Introducing Ruby. :] This is Ruby, our new girl. Molly's left alone for a few hours during the day, and she's always quite timid with other dogs so we thought.. how about we get another one to keep her company? It'd be a benefit for all of us really. So we did. She's 8 weeks old. :] Her & Molly are having some trouble though. Molly's been salivating quite a lot since we brought her back, its dripping onto the floor and she shakes her head and it sprays everywhere. Ruby goes up to Molly and she runs off, leaving Ruby sat there crying. She's so cute. Now, Molly's getting a little better. She's not salivating as much and she's taking a little bit of an interest in Ruby but at the last minute, she runs off again. It's like she's scared and wary of her. She's never really seen a dog that small before so we're thinking that maybe she doesn't think Ruby's a dog because she's never been like that with another dog before and we've had one in our house for a few hours in the past. Anybody have any suggestions? Is it just stress? Isn't she cute? :] xxxx

Tut, aw. Ruby's wagging her tail and running in circles, taunting Molly to play with her. & Molly's just freaking out and running away from her, going up to her slowly then turning around again. She's taking a lot more interest in her now though. I suppose it's just a slow process.. with spit still dangling from her mouth!

Thank you for all the lovely comments.. I'm very proud of my little girls. Infact just a few days ago, Molly won a prettiest bitch competition. Don't worry, I'll let you all know how it's going. Ruby's bounding around, dying to play! She's really come out of her shell now, she was very quiet when she first came. There's a definite improvement between the two of them since we brought Ruby home. I just can't wait until they're the best of friends. :] xxx

Donating YT 30K Club Member | She is adorable. I have recently brought in a 13 month old yorkie to my almost 2 year old yorkie and 10 year old pom. At first Cali hated her and now a couple of months later they play/fight and snuggle together. It does work out just takes time.

Thanks for all the help. There's a definite improvement this morning despite the fact that Molly's still wary of her.
