You have two beautiful yorkies!!! They look like perfect little angels sitting there so pretty. Can you get them on a calendar? That pic would be perfect!

That is a beautiful picture!!! Share your secret. How are you able to capture such great pics of your yorkies?? I am still trying to get 1 decent picture of my yorkies. Meeko does not like to take pics. As soon as I grab the camera he runs and hides under the bed. HELP!!!

Yes, I did take it myself. I am a photographer by choice and choose to photograph sports action for the newspaper mostly (and by choice). I do studio portraits when "I" want to and only take selected clients right now. Sports takes up so much of my time in the afternoon and evening that I don't want to work during the day.

My secret . . . hmmmm . . . work with your guys on basic training. The first word combination that Carter and Cooper learned was "Watch Me". They must make eye contact with me in order to get the treat. Sit and stay are important commands when trying to photograph them by myself when my daughter isn't here to help me. I put them in place and then tell them to stay and to sit. I move a few feet from them and then give them the watch me command.

Hope this helps a little.

If I said "Watch ME" to Chanel & Cheri ...they'd say "Watch you do what "? lol...I need to try that command - your pics are always breathtaking

You ALWAYS have a knack for making me smile! Smiles are at a premium these days now that my son has arrived in Kuwait/Iraq. I'll take all the smiles I can get!

My favorite command for Carter and Cooper is "Carter, come" and Cooper, come". They come running because they know I'll treat them if they come. Whenever I think they are up to no good, come breaks their attention and sends them running for me!

This is my first Memorial Day that I have a family member in a harzardous zone. Hopefully by this time next year, he'll be on his way back to the states with a mission marked as completed.
