| Vet visit, Chelsey was an angry baby! Hi all, Today Chanel needed her second set of shots, she didnt like it and the vet said that we must watch her for reaction after the shots, she has a little cold but nothing serious, she cried when she got the shot but is fine now Then it was Chelsey's turn, she needed her microchip... she was sooooooo mad, she yalped SO hard awwwwwww she wasnt a happy puppy, i made her daddy hold her for that, i got tears in my eyes and stood behind him with my hand by her face so she could smell me what a wussy i am lol she wouldnt talk to her dad for the next half hour and she just wanted to go home, the vet tried to talk nice to her, but she wasnt interested in what she had to say,she wanted to give her a treat for being so good, but turned her head away from her, all she wanted to do was get out of there, my poor baby i felt SO bad!! on our way home we stopped for icecream, she asked her daddy for some and he gave ot to her ( bad daddy ) lol i guess we both felt so guilty, but glad its done

| Poor Chelsey! Hallie does the same thing to me when I take her to the vet, she turns her head away from me and ignores me for awhile, it is heartbreaking! Now maybe she'll correlate the vet with ice cream |

| That poor baby, Lexi is sending lots of puppy hugs and kisses. My vet told me it hurts these little ones, and recommended I do it while she is under being spayed.

| Its so nice to know we can turn to YT with our stories and know theres always someone that knows what we feel, Chelsey is ok now she played a bit with my friend's yorkie, but not for long, after 15 minutes she wanted my lap to sleep on, little Chanel had no problem or reaction at all, we watched her closely as the vet told us to, but shes her bouncy old self lol Lexi's mommy, i wish my vet would have warned me that it hurts them badly, i would have waited with it till i had her spayed, we planned on having her spayed when she turns 6 months, but i heard that spaying them at such a young age can harm their bones, has anyone else heard or read this Thank u all for ur sweet replies, hugs and kisses, it definatly makes her and me feel much better

| Glad to hear she is feeling a little better I was told to get them spayed around six months, that if you spay before their first heat it lowers the risk of getting tumors and cancer. Lexi will be 5 1/2 months when she gets spayed(tomarrow). I hope she isn't to young . Does anyone know if 5 1/2 months is to young to be spayed?
