Here's Cap'n Hef with a reminder about water safety. Please practice safety first when enjoying yourself in the pool or any body of water this summer. Learn how to swim and practice wtih clothes on and off (ooooh). Know how to exit the pool if you accidentally fall in and wear a life jacket when boating! Ahoy Maties!!

Hey Bo! Don tell yur mommy but I fell in da pool today and I had to save myself! I wuz on pool patwol and I swipped. My twaining weely came in handy cuz I knew to swim to the steps. My mummy was wight there but she didn have to do anything cuz I jus knew where to go even tho I wuz on the utter side ub da pool! She was so happy!

By the way, Kim, I'm sure that scared you even though the lil Cap'n is such a water pup. I started thinking about that and I am sooo glad Hef is OK!!!! The little picture of him in his life jacket is so adorable!!! Bo has been buggin' me to death for one just like it. And we don't even have a pool!! LOL!!
