|  Funny picture! This picture isn't quite flattering, but so funny! I cracked up because it looks to me like Chibi is a rap singer. (Oh, I came from Philly, before moving to Japan, lots of rap music, and new talent there...)  Yes, not all rap singers use their hands, but a lot do...
