| Scared!!:( I took Cosmo to the vet tonight. He was very actively playing and chewing up everything. But every time he drank water he pooped out blood, actually more like squirted it out. Poor little guy. The vet said he was dehydrated and I took in some of his stools, he kept going like every 10 min. I hope he is going to be alright. I bet he is so scared, he is already attached to me and I can;t even be with him his 2nd night home. . I hope everything is going to be alright. Will everyone please pray for me tonight. Thanks

| Hi Staci...I'm so glad you took Cosmo into the vet! I know it must be awful being apart from him, but just know that he is in good hands and you can get some sleep tonight! I hope we all hear a good report in the morning! Did the vet know what caused this to happen? |

| No, he just said it could be a number of things like worms or Parvo. He did not know for sure. He had a temp a little over a 100 I think. i am going to call at 7:45 he was very nice. when I called him the first time he said he would be alrightb/c he was active and if I had doubts call him back and he would meet me. So I called him back.

| Gosh I hate to hear that about Cosmo - Sunday is always a crazy day around the house & I haven't had time to check in until now. Was shocked to see your post about Cosmo!!!! I was just imagining the two of you having a great weekend together after the long wait & anticipation of finally getting him! You bet I will say a prayer for you & Cosmo tonight - let us know about him as soon as you hear anything. |

| You are in our thoughts, we know how scary it is to think your baby is sick. We've all been there... My Vet and I were on the fast track to becoming best friends until I found this site.. I would call her with any questions I had. |

| I know, I love this site, I dunno what I would do with out it. I was here before I even got Cosmo and I thought I was prepared. But noone can be prepared for this. I was sso scared last night, but the vet said he was doing fine and that makes me feel a little better. I am still waiting on the results though.
