No reputable breeder that has strived to breed to the standard and shows their Yorkies would ever sell a Yorkie on open papers (or not open papers for that matter) to someone unknown particularly in a foreign country.
Are there not established show breeders in your country? Are there dog shows there at all?
That would be the place to start as well as reading and learning the breed standard.

I just hope that Milo and all the sweet babies in these pictures are given a lot of love......all doggies deserve that

I don't think ANYONE would ship their studs to another country ... but that's just MY opinion!

Yes, this is VERY unusual! Very nearly unheard of. Claiming yourself to be a breeder, this is a common aspect you should already know before breeding or even considering new lines. What about the ones you already have...you have several dogs already shown and listed...what consideration did you give their backgrounds before deciding on them?
