| Took Maddie to vet. He said that the hernia has swelled because of fatty tissue in it. He wants to do surgery on Friday because its a little bigger than it was last night and he said he felt safer doing it now. She also has another hernia. She will be having two hernia removed and getting fixed also. She is not yet 3lbs. So please pray for her. I worry cause she seems so small to be having so much done. She wont be 6months until Sept 14th. He said they use the gas and its alot safer and that she will be fine. I'm having the blood work done before to ck and make sure there is nothing else wrong. He said she will be sore cause she will have two incisions. One will be large and one a little smaller. He said there will also be some exposed stitches also. We were going to go away for the weekend to the lakes cause hubby just bought two jet ski, I will be spending the weekend with Maddie and Lexi (my 2yr old). I told them (hubby and other daughter) to go ahead and go cause I know hubby is dieing to ride those jet skis. lol Please pray for little Maddie. I'm so worried and just feel sick to my stomach. I love that little baby so much. Thanks for all your help!!!! |

| Donating YT 30K Club Member | prayers for a safe surgery and quick recovery. Cali was about 4 lbs when she had major abdominal surgery for a possible blockage, liver and intestinal biopsies and spaying while in heat and I think it was harder on me!!. As long as they do the presurgery bloodwork and you have confidence in your vet she should do fine.

| I had two of my first yorkies operated on for hernias. Everything went well. I think both were around 4 lbs.
