I have only had Starsky a little over 2 weeks and I am constantly on the floor with him. My back is sore just from getting up and down off of the floor so much. I am not used to that!!!

Described as excessive fondness, uncontrollable delight, incurable affection which often manifests as baby talk, nose to nose smooches and pathological neck nuzzling...I found a post yesterday that I mentioned to my wife last night as the "pack" settled in to the quilted King size "den"...the post relating to this...do other breed lovers go as bonkers as most of us for our poochies? I had asked this to my wife about a dozen times before...and although it was hard to imagine, I had often answered to myself...of course they do...as I could see Westie lovers, Maltiese lovers...etc....but just as anyone in love can tell you...although there may be many lovers all around them...in their heart of hearts each is convinced no love could be as special as their own...which is all beside the point...because mentioning the post to my wife brought this response..."they need to have a chat"...anyway, I am sure my wife is not the first to consider this...and maybe a message board forum like this is the best means of exchanging info, stories, etc...but there is a voice enabled chat program (that is for free) that my wife and I have been on for about five years...many of you may alrerady use it...Paltalk...it downloads in about two minutes...and allows users to set up their own rooms in which we can speak and/or text at the same time...it could be interesting...if someone decides to open a Yorkie Lovers room...please let me know...and if for some reason unforseen to myself an admin finds this suggestion either inappropriate or ill advised, I am sorry...don't want to offend

Oh no! I hope your back is feeling better soon!!!!

Have a nice cup of tea (or wine if you really want to relax!!) and take a hot bubble bath. Don't forget some soothing music!!

Schatzie's mom, hope your back gets better soon. Yes these Yorkies are so so small, it's a long way to reach for them. Israel, no one would take offense at what you said. I think a chat room is a great idea. I'd love to have one. There was some mention of that in another thread. BTW, love what you said about the pathological neck nuzzling!! Very funny! That must go along with furtive fur sniffing. I love Bo's smell. OK, that sounds wierd! He just still has a small remnant of that puppy smell.
