| re my new baby oh my i was so excited to post her i forgot to put pics in the gallery. i hope i did it right. i named them all dixie and i guess my name will be under them, i hope lol after months of looking i finally found her. she is 16 weeks old and weighs 5 pounds. she is so good, the first couple of days she didnt go on the pee pads, (that must have been from the moveing one place to another)today she did every time. she hasnt once pee or poo poo'd in her crate at night...and doesnt cry i thought she would since the 1st few nights she slept on me lol she has the run of the kitchen all day except for nappie time, and till its time for bed she loves to go in the car too, in her pink puppy carrier yea she isnt spoiled ha ha. |

| Welcome and congratulations on your new baby. Can't wait to see her pictures. I have read on here many times that if you remove some hair from the ears so they are not too heavy they might have a better chance of standing up. Others here can help you I'm sure with more infor on that subject. |

| she is spoiled already lol i have an appointment to get her clipped a little here and there . and hope her ears will go up but if not its ok, she's a love bug for sure...she loves people....she only missed pottying on the paper once today. i had puppy pads down but she just played with those and ripped them up, so we are using newspaper lol she is doing real good. i am about to make her or "attempt" to make her a harness i have a dress harness but i think its too hot right now for that. she is on my lap alot, like now, she tries to type lol now my daughter wants her own yorkie lol what did i start here? lol |

| If you really care that her ears stand, then you can tape them. You can do a search on this site. There have been plenty of discussions on how to do it. I have never taped mine. Kacee's ears are only two-thirds of the way up and I never taped them. I just couldn't do it. The breeder asked me early on if I wanted her to. She would have done it, but I said to leave them be. I could tell her ears were big, but she won my heart just the way she was and is.
