If you really care that her ears stand, then you can tape them. You can do a search on this site. There have been plenty of discussions on how to do it. I have never taped mine. Kacee's ears are only two-thirds of the way up and I never taped them. I just couldn't do it. The breeder asked me early on if I wanted her to. She would have done it, but I said to leave them be. I could tell her ears were big, but she won my heart just the way she was and is.
