Name????? I have had my baby since Sunday and she is fitting in really well, but she needs a name to officially be part of the family. I have narrowed it down to 2 names: Gabriella or Isabella. What do you all think? Which one would you pick? Last edited by mishasmom; 08-31-2004 at 08:51 PM.

I like Isabella myself. Izzy for short would be cute, but you can shorten Gabriella to Gabby too. But it's hard to know unless we see her and are with her. I'm sure Mom knows best and will choose an appropriate name. Both are cute and unique!

Let's seeeee.....You could have Dizzy Izzy, or Grabby Gabby, or Frizzy Izzy, or ..... I like both names! How about giving her BOTH names.....I mean why not have a middle name? Gabriella Isabel? Isabella Gabriel? Then, as her personality develops, you see which "call name" suits her best. Besides, with a double name you can really get her attention when she's naughty......Remember when you were little and you were naughty and YOUR mother called you by your FULL name?

I did decide to go with Gabriella, but of course I call her Gabby and she has already taken to it and it just seems like it was always her name. She learned her name very quickly, I can't wait until I can get her pictures put on the computer and then the site. Thanks for all of your input.
