Jazzie is 8 years old. I have a terrific groomer. This is only the second time I used Lindsay (she's a Petco groomer) but she is very talented. It also helps I work with her Dad so she makes sure my girls have extra attention! I do tip her VERY well too!

Tip on how you can get extra attention from your groomer:


1. Take a picture of how you want your baby groomed so there is CLEAR instructions for them to follow. What you want may be clear to you but the groomer may not understand. Eleminate ALL miscommunication by taking a photo.

2. Bring them a treat (muffins, coffee, cookies, etc.) when you drop off your kid BEFORE grooming.

3. Thank her/him with a "my baby has never looked this great!" flattery goes a looooong ways and tip well when they do a great job.

4. Mail a thank you card from your baby! It's that special touch that will help you become a "Super Special" client!

Seriously, those are great tips. I get so frustrated at the Petco groomer we take them to, because I KNOW she can do incredible work, but she doesn't always do it. I think you've got the secret!

Jazzie is so pretty and so classy!!! She is ALL THAT AND A BAG OF CHIPS!!! And she looks like she knows it!!! You do have a great groomer and thanks up front for the tips. I am gonna try them out. I always tip 20% even when I am not totally happy...because I know what a little bugger Oscar can be! The fact that they groom him at all blows my mind.
