BUDDY'S VERY CUTEEEE!!! :congrats: when i read the name "My Buddy" i started singing the jingle to the 80's commercial for the doll "My Buddy" . . . "my buddy, my buddy, my buddy, where ever i go, he goes, my buddy, my buddy and MEEEEE" does anyone else remember that commercial?!? :D sorry for the ramble, but BUDDY IS ADORABLE, I LUV THE NAME!!! :p |
Welcome! Buddy is very cute!! Congrats!!! |

Oh my goodness....he is just so sweet!!! Congrats...can't wait to hear more about him! |
Congratulations! What a little sweetheart!!! Can't wait to see new pics and hear all about him!! ;) |
:) got him home! he's absolutely wonderful :) he weighs 2lb 10oz @7 weeks. House feels really strange, like having a baby in it again, which i suppose yes we have! Only had him 2 days and he didnt fancy eating til i tried chicken and rice! He's had beef and Eukanuba today, so looks like his appetite is back now! but he seems to have trouble with hard food even the puppy ones, he just sucks them breaks them up a bit and spits them out, he doesnt seem to want to chew them properly and swallow. Now we need to sort out 'night-time' he has the run of the kitchen with his bed and toys and water in, but if he wakes and noone's there he cries (wow... how can something soooo small make such a big noise!!) during the day he wants to be near someone when he's sleeping and will lean on a foot or anything he can get near thats 'alive' Not sure what to do at night, whether to try and ignore his cries (very hard) or to go down and settle him so he goes back to sleep. Either way we are sooooo pleased with him, will take more piccys soon. x :animal-sm |
Sounds like your sweet Buddy is settling in well! :) We had a problem with Toto eating her dry food and discovered that she was teething and her little mouth was sore! We give her the Royal Canin Yorkshire 28 now that she's an adult and she loves it. I don't think it's quite as hard as some of the others. They also have a puppy food. ;) |
Hello to you and Buddy. Oh he's so darn lovable looking! Schatzie and I wish you many many long happy years together ! :p |
Cielo....I had a Kid Sister...."Kid Sister, Kid Sister...." Same song as the "My Buddy," remember?? |
Congrats on little Buddy! Yes, you do have a new baby in the house. You both will have to settle into a routine that you are both comfortable with. Bo wanted to be close to us too when he was very young and that's part of the bonding process. Sounds like you have a great start! Any questions that you have and can't get answered with searches, just post a new thread. There's a wealth of wisdom and experience on YT.com. |
Congrats on having a cute yorkie!!! Buddy is soooo cute! congrats again! |
