Here's Baily This is our new Yorktese Puppy Baily. We finnaly brought her home Friday afternoon. Baxter is still getting used to her, he thinks he has to steal any toy that she picks up from her though. I think He also is a little jealous of her getting all the attention. She is 2.4 lbs right now at 9 weeks, Baxter was only 1.9lbs or so if i remember right when we brought him home at that same age. They said to expext her to be somewhere around 7lbs as an adult. Baxter will probably top out around 5lbs. He is currently 4lbs at 5 1/2 months. Sometimes when they are playing she will hide under a chair and Baxter will pull her out by her tail, I would think she wouldn't like that but she dosent seem to mind it. Anyhow, here are some pictures of the two of them together.

Thanks for all the comments, now a tough question. Any advice on introducing a new dog?? So far they are fine with each other 80% of the time, they will play and stuff. But the other 20% of the time I think they are tring to kill each other. Baxter dosen't like to share his stuff or his space. Whenever Bailey has a chew toy Baxter tries to take it away from her. It dosen't matter what it is he just dosen't want her to have it. He dosen't give up until ge gets it or we stop them. He also acts like this when he wants to lay on one of our laps and Bailey tries to be there too. Will they get over this in time or will it get worse if we dont do anything about it.

What cuties! I’m curious; does a Yorktese bark like a Maltese or a Yorkie? I’m asking because I own both, or rather they own me. Surfie our Yorkie’s bark is laid back, Tiki the Maltese is ear piercing, literally. Surfie pulls Tiki by the tail all of the time. I swear it’s getting longer because of it. She doesn’t mind either, as she pulls him by the ears, turnabout is far play. By the way, if that is a greenie in your picture, you might want to reconsider that as a chew. There have been several articles of how bad they are, as they don’t digest properly. Pups have had to have surgery to remove them, and worse. Janell Here's the kids with the "kids"
